17 May – Boise, ID

We are off on our 3rd roadtrip!

Yesterday we left Wyoming and made it to Boise, ID with stops in Idaho Falls and Twins Falls. We first stopped in Victor to sample the best Hunkelberrry shake and ice cream. Definitely worth while.

Throughout our drive we had a few sand storms due to high winds. Impressive to see across the vast potato fields.

The best surprise was the bed and breakfast hotel and restaurant we found in Boise. While Majo was driving through the winds I reserved us two themed rooms at the Anniversary Inn. Not realizing it is a romantic getaway for locals! Majo go the room call Swiss Family Robinson – how appropriate and I slept in a lighthouse ๐Ÿ™‚ see video to understand ๐Ÿ™‚

The dinner a gem find through Google. Barbacoa Grill is a mixed of Spanish and Steak. Check out Majo’s post for photos and explanation.

We were so exhausted we waited to write this post until the next morning. We both slept amazing in our respective treehouse and lighthouse. ๐Ÿ™‚

Off to Bend Oregon!
