May 4 Abiquiu

After Breakfast we headed an hour north-northwest to Abiquiu. After visiting Ghost Ranch, Georgia O’Keeffe’s first home in 1934, we hiked up to Chimney Rock and enjoyed a fantastic view!

On the way back we stopped at “Georgia O’Keeffe’s Inn” making a Reservation for a guided tour of Georgia’s house she bought in 1940 and lived there until her death in 1986 for the next day.

Back in Santa Fe and after a good Margarita we visited “The house of eternal return” 70 rooms of immersive Art created by Meow Wolf.

We finished the day as every day in Santa Fe, at Evangelo’s with live music.
