13000 step to see how America began. Independence Hall, Liberty Bell and 2.5 hour walking tour.

What we learned:

America got its name after Amerigo Vespucci, Italian explorer.

When writing the US constitution the founding fathers looked at Switzerland as well as the Iroquois Native American tribe.

There were 3 liberty bells due to cracks. The last one worked for 90 years until it got retired.

When going into federal buildings don’t hide your knives and wine opener from security men but go to the nearest hotel and ask them to keep it for a few hours.
